This video quickly takes you through how you can access form responses, as well as what happens when a form submission has been completed. Typically a branded email will be sent to the customer who filled out a form and a raw copy will be sent to the nursery. The area to view responses acts more as a backup, should you need to re-access it.

Your website has three forms: 'Contact Us', 'Request a callback' and 'Careers'. The 'Contact Us' and 'Request a callback' forms are very similar and are simple leads from a customer trying to reach out to your nursery. The 'Career' responses occur when somebody applies for one of the job listings on your Careers page.
