# Removing a job

The video above shows how you can (with a safety prompt) remove a job listing forever (cannot be reacquired).

There are other ways you can remove a job listing without deleting it forever. For example, if you want to take the listing off the website but wish to edit it to create a future vacancy (for example, if another Nursery Assistant role become available later down the line and you therefore wish to use the same job description and salary, etc), you could simply untoggle the ‘Published’ field. This will remove the listing from the live website without deleting it from the admin section.
